Can I deploy a live application today?+

Not yet. Project and service definitions can be created in local development. New registration is closed on this site. The development provider simulates deployment states without creating a server or database.

Should a mobile app connect directly to MySQL?+

No. Put authentication and authorization in your REST API. Never ship database credentials inside a mobile application.

Which technologies is this designed for?+

The architecture supports Node.js, PHP / Laravel, Python, Go and Docker runtimes, with models for MySQL, PostgreSQL and Valkey / Redis.
