A clear foundation for your REST API.
Organize a Node.js, Laravel, Python or Docker API and its data in one project.
What matters for your application
A boundary between clients and data
Authorize every request and keep database credentials out of client applications.
A runtime that fits your code
Define Node.js, Laravel, Python or Docker services in your project.
A visible deployment lifecycle
Inspect service states and explicitly simulated development logs in the console.
The right boundary for data access
Mobile / Web → HTTPS API → Backend → Private databaseDatabase credentials never belong in a mobile app. Authorize requests in your API and keep the database private.
Where it fits
Treat your API as the center of your application, rather than just another hosting account. Sessions, business rules and authorized access to data meet in one backend layer.
- Orders, payments and membership rules
- A shared API for several client applications
- Authenticated data exchange between internal systems
Its place in your application
Mobile and web clients reach your API over HTTPS. The API validates requests and returns records the current user can access. Database credentials and service keys stay out of client bundles.
Before you begin
Choose services around the actual needs of your application. Include these points in your development and release plan.
- Define separate build and start commands, and read the listening port from the environment.
- Implement input validation, authorization and consistent error responses in your application.
- Prepare health checks, connection pooling and graceful shutdown.
Common questions
Does REST API hosting provide a ready-made API?
No. You write your own API. Hosting covers its execution environment and connections. Built-in user management and application-specific endpoints are separate product capabilities.
Can I provision a live resource now?
Not yet. New registration and customer allocation are closed on the live site. Product guides are published; local development simulation does not create real services.
