The right backend for your mobile app.
Build an API-first backend for Flutter, React Native, Kotlin and Swift.
What matters for your application
Accounts and sessions
Validate identities in your API and use secure device storage for session tokens.
File uploads
Decide access permissions on the backend. S3-compatible storage integration is planned.
Orders and payments
Validate prices and order rules on the server. Payment integrations are not active yet.
The right boundary for data access
Mobile / Web → HTTPS API → Backend → Private databaseDatabase credentials never belong in a mobile app. Authorize requests in your API and keep the database private.
Where it fits
A good mobile experience depends on the backend behind the device. Accounts, content and actions are managed through one API, with shared business rules for iOS and Android.
- User profiles and personalized content
- Order tracking and in-app workflows
- iOS / Android applications sharing data with a web console
Its place in your application
Devices receive only the data they need. Authentication, ownership and file permissions are checked on the backend. Design waiting, cancellation and bounded retries for unreliable mobile networks.
Before you begin
Choose services around the actual needs of your application. Include these points in your development and release plan.
- Never embed permanent database or service credentials in clients.
- Paginate API responses and avoid unnecessary fields on mobile networks.
- Prevent retried writes from creating duplicate records.
Common questions
Are push notifications and uploads included?
A ready-made push or storage service is not available yet. You can plan the boundaries between APIs, upload permissions and background tasks; provider connections remain on the roadmap.
Can I provision a live resource now?
Not yet. New registration and customer allocation are closed on the live site. Product guides are published; local development simulation does not create real services.
